As social distancing continues across the nation to fight COVID-19, some Savannah bars and restaurants are struggling and might not be able to handle the lack of income during this time.
Because of that, we are launching SAV TO-GO to help promote their businesses while supporting Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia.
Whether it's taking food to-go, ordering delivery, or purchasing a gift card to use at a later date, let's support each other so we can overcome this pandemic and come back even stronger.
We love you, Savannah!
COVID-19 has challenged our small businesses, but we need to continue supporting now more than ever. Below, we’ve listed some ways to help them through this season.
Shop online on any of our local restaurants to purchase things like baked goods, coffee, and apparel.
If you can spare $5, $10, $100, or any amount, consider donating to America's Second Harvest of the Coastal Georgia to help keep them fighting hunger in Savannah.
Buy a gift card and use it later or share it with friends and family.
We know that during COVID-19, a lot of folks around the city and state are feeling uneasy about the future - we’re not sure what the future holds either.
That said: we know that we love making sure you have the information you need to keep supporting our local restaurants and business owners, and we’re going to keep doing that - with our team - until someone tells us we can’t.
But as long as folks like yourself support small businesses around the city, then we’ll be here — every day, making sure you know all of them.
